Project Process
What is the project process?
During
the initial phone query, information will be gathered and an
appointment will be made for a project consultation or in the case of a
plumbing problem, an immediate callout. In the case of a larger
project, the consultation will consist of a site assessment and a more
detailed discussion of what is required. If your situation is a general
plumbing problem that needs to be corrected as soon as possible, our van
is fully stocked and can handle most situations during the initial
visit.
During what hours are you available to meet customers?
I am available to meet clients during daytime and evening hours.
Cleanup
Do you remove rubbish arising from project?
Yes, all rubbish directly related to the project will be removed.
Is cost of rubbish removal included in the quotation?
It is, as per agreement.
Aftercare
Can you provide ongoing maintenance and support?
Yes,
we offer a full aftercare service. Any problems directly related to
work carried out will be corrected to the clients satisfaction.
